Yes, all those brands do, but frankly that is a claim that all makeup companies make. There are no FDA standards that proscribe ';pore-clogging-ness'; as a rule. One type of makeup my clog your pores, while it might not do the same for me or for the woman down the street. All depends on what ingredients you show sensitivity to and what ingredients work well with your skin type, level of oil, and skin tone.


Laura Mercier is known for excellent foundations and bronzers; Chanel has some great foundations and powders, and Dior's are not bad. All depends.
